The name of holiday means
Grandma March and on this day Bulgarian give a Martenitsa ( white and red bracelets) to each of their friends to congratulate them on the beginning of the spring and for health. The Martenitsa is wearing until you see a stork or a blossoming tree.

It's always celebrated on the Sunday 49 days before Easter the holiday is known also as Forgiveness

During this event the main element of holiday is zagoveznik fire spread everywhere in different variants.
In the evening fires are lit and after burning they are jumped by the people they also tie lighted arrow to a stick and throw as higher and far is possible
