달리기와 근력운동을
병행하며 체력 키우기에 매진한지
1년 가까이 되었다!
배도 들어가고 몸도 근육량이
많이 늘어 좋아졌다!😁
근력운동을 더 빨리 시작했더라면
지금보다 더 몸이 좋아졌을텐데라는
아쉬움이 있어지만
지금이라도 시작했으니
더 열심히 해야겠다!🤗
