Hello all Actifit and Hive Friends, the day was pleasant and cool and sky was covered with black clouds which are full with rain water just about to rain any time as shown in the attached photo..

today was a great morning to start with a walk of 4 km in 43 min as shown in the screenshot attached.. followed with walk in office and final walk after dinner..
