Good morning Actifitters!
I admit I haven't been active physically, and that I am gaining weight. I know I should be going back to more physical activities, but I wasn't just quite fine. I wanted to go out but the airborne coronavirus got the scare on me. Well, I would be trying out jogging in the park again soon.
Meanwhile, I accumulated more than 5,000 activity counts yesterday. That was earned most from walking. Of course, I also did my exercises so that has contributed to my activity counts yesterday.
I did my chores in the morning like cooking, cleaning, etc. In the afternoon, I feel like sedentary sitting all the time while working online.
Checking out the papaya trees outside, and they're growing taller. The same height as me perhaps.
