My Actifit Report Card: June 25 2020

Good evening Actifitters!

I might not have reached my goal yesterday, I still achieved more than 3,900 which isn't that bad. I don't have my phone all the time because my phone was on the table screensharing the video in sign language for my deaf students.

In the morning, I tried to focus on writing but I am unable to accomplish my goal. In the afternoon, I taught my students in sign language, and I miss them because we don't have Monday schedules anymore.

Here are some of my physical activities:

  • Jumping
  • Treadmill
  • Stretching
  • Sit-ups
  • Push-ups
  • Planking
  • Walking

I am just so lazy to cook so I prepared corned beef loaded with potatoes and onions.
