I'm glad you are alive! Ahahahaha. I missed a couple of days, yesterday I went for a hike in the Laguna Mountains with a friend I hadn't seen in 25 years. Big fun and delightfully cool. 23C for the high and we were long done before that. I came home to 40C...

Three things I can throw:
1: A baseball. Not as good as I once could..
2: A foot ball. The one with points on it, of course.
3: A leg over a motorcycle.

Thanks Russell!

of course number 3 is the best of all

The walk sound amazing Tom, especially catching up with someone after 25 years,

I throw a squishy yellow ball at the wall as part of my workout between sets.

Love crumpling waste paper and tossing it in the bin from a distance.

When people are asking me intrusive questions I love to throw them off by casually turning things around with a "how about you?" What do you do/think about that? or the "advice seeking" "how would you handle it?" As most people love talking about themselves, it usually does the trick.

throwing people off the scent so to speak, is a good throw

An interesting question for today... I can throw a ping-pong ball, my old laptop, and trash into the garbage can! 🤣

:) old laptops are good for the Garbage Can, although I admit I still have a few lying around :)

hmmm 3 things you can throw, let me think.

a Frisbee
a Fit
or a Party
